AI tools may support admin work such as organizing submissions, summarizing notes, drafting internal checklists, preparing non-final copy, or creating clearly labeled visual drafts.
AI Transparency & Rights Policy
Human listening stays human.
AI-assisted music, artwork, visuals, vocals, artist identities, and promotional assets must be disclosed clearly when they are used. AI does not replace human A&R decisions, rights review, or artist consent.
What artists must disclose
Any AI-assisted vocals, generated musical elements, AI-assisted artwork, virtual artist concept, training concern, sample source, cover, remix, collaborator, or rights-sensitive material should be disclosed during demo submission.
Virtual artists
If Broducer Records publishes a fictional or virtual artist project, the artist page and release page should say so plainly. We do not present fictional identities, generated bios, or synthetic performances as undisclosed real people.
Public labels
Release pages should use simple notes such as "AI-assisted artwork", "AI-assisted music production", "Virtual artist project", or "Created with AI-assisted tools and human curation" when relevant.
What AI does not do
AI does not decide whether a track fits Broducer Records. Human review, rights transparency, and direct artist context remain central.
No legal shortcut
This page is a transparency practice, not a legal guarantee. Final release decisions still need human review of rights, credits, samples, vocals, artist consent, and platform requirements.
